Welcome!

California has MORE innovation, wealth, and natural beauty than any other state. But there’s a lot we need LESS of: poverty, brutal housing costs, high consumer prices, and poor performing schools.

Fortunately, there is a way to get more of what’s great and less of what’s not.

How? With what is called the CIRCULAR ECONOMY. Let me explain.

My life’s work and proudest achievements have focused on how to DO MORE WITH LESS.

I did it first by writing California’s CRV recycling law. We’ve recycled a half trillion cans, bottles, computers, electronics, and more under that system. Yet not a single tax dollar is required - the system is entirely self-funding.

That’s just a start. A full-scale Circular Economy can deliver much more:

  • Cleaner air, water, oceans, and forests.

  • Safer foods, better schools, and healthier kids.

  • Plus more money in consumer and taxpayer pockets.

That’s because a Circular Economy isn’t just about recycling. It is an evolutionary shift - beyond our old, linear, throwaway MACHINE economy towards an economy that operates more like NATURE. It thrives not on consumption and conformity, but on creativity, innovation, entrepreneurship - and, yes, recycling.

You can learn more in this free EarthX Guide to a Circular Economy.

But not everyone supports a Circular Economy. Sacramento power brokers extract billions from vested interests that profit from the money we can save with circular policies.
